Dom Oddechu is Marta Grabowska’s breathwork and coaching practice, based in Warsaw, Poland and offered in a hybrid format. Her work blends breathwork with nature-based sessions, drawing on her training as a Forest Therapy Hub (Shinrin-Yoku) guide and her ongoing studies with Alchemy of Breath. She also facilitates women’s circles and offers mentoring informed by postgraduate training in coaching and mentoring.
