Inner Resources Breathwork is a breathwork training institute based in Athens, Greece, led by directors Paul Jones and Stathia Zouganeli. It offers one-to-one sessions, open breathing circles, and two levels of practitioner training in conscious connected breath, available in person and online, with options including a retreat-style intensive in southern Greece. The curriculum emphasizes ethics, body–mind awareness, breath physiology and psychology, and trauma-informed approaches, with trainings taught in English with Greek translation available.
