About

Spirit Alchemy Breathwork Movement is a Spain-based breathwork school and training institute founded in 2022, led by Priya Maxine Teuma with support from Erika. It offers hybrid practitioner training (4–6 months), trainer training (13+ months), and self-development pathways, with an emphasis on trauma-aware facilitation, nervous system awareness, and ethical space holding. The curriculum includes conscious connected breathwork and rebirthing alongside pranayama, box breathing, breath of fire, Wim Hof–inspired practices, and heart coherence breathing, and is available in English and Spanish.
