Assessment: Completion of Breathwork Retreat Completion of Facilitator Training Complete 10 private, individual breathwork sessions for yourself with a certified breathworker Conduct 50 individual breathwork sessions. 30 of these will be taking three people through 10 sessions each. The remaining 20 are with a variety of different individuals. Attend monthly meetings Complete required reading Participate in online group supervision Assist at 2 Vitality Breath approved events
